Jackie Bauer

Client Support Specialist

Jackie Bauer finds her role as a Client Support Specialist satisfying since she gets to be a trusted point of contact for our clients. Her responsibilities include client service, onboarding, scheduling and meeting preparation. With a strong background in the application of systems and processes, her role will also include on-going projects aimed at streamlining the client experience.

Jackie started her career in human resources, including at the financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald. She then made the transition to client support for a boutique financial firm in Pittsburgh before joining Divergent Planning. From her own experiences with her father’s early and unexpected death, Jackie knows that we cannot predict the future, but we can plan for it. She appreciates the opportunity to help others protect their financial futures.

A Pittsburgh resident, Jackie and her husband enjoy exploring new hiking trails with Zeus and Ziggy, their Cavalier King Charles spaniels. She likes to keep up with fashion trends and is a fan of the Bravo channel’s “Real Housewives” franchise. She has also met three presidents, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
