Jackie Bauer serves as a Senior Client Support Specialist, where she enjoys being a reliable and trusted point of contact for clients. Her responsibilities include client service, onboarding, scheduling, and meeting preparation. With a strong background in systems and processes, Jackie supports ongoing initiatives designed to streamline and elevate the client experience. She is dedicated to ensuring a smooth, seamless journey for clients from their very first interaction with the firm through ongoing service and support.

Jackie began her career in human resources, including time at financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald, before transitioning into client support for a boutique financial firm in Pittsburgh and ultimately joining Divergent Planning. She is passionate about working closely with clients to complete the essential tasks that help them move confidently toward their goals.

A Pittsburgh resident, Jackie enjoys life with her husband, Alex, and their two daughters, Zoe and Zia. As a family, they love exploring new hiking trails with their dogs and trips to Florida. Jackie also enjoys keeping up with fashion trends and is an enthusiastic fan of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise.
