Our Fees

Our commitment is to a fair fee structure to help ensure you receive comprehensive financial guidance with full transparency.

Phase 1: Start with a Flat Financial Planning Fee

When you begin working with us, we start with a straightforward approach. All new clients are charged a flat financial planning fee. The minimum for this service is $1,750 per quarter, which may vary depending on the complexity and scope of services provided. This fee helps ensure that you receive comprehensive and personalized financial planning right from the start and includes the management of any assets up to $750,000.

Phase 2: Transition to bundled services

As your financial journey progresses with us and your assets under our management reach or exceed $750,000, we shift to a more integrated service model. At this point, we end the separate financial planning fee, and you are moved to our bundled services arrangement. This arrangement means your fees are based on a percentage of the total assets we manage for you, according to the following schedule:

$500,000 to $999,999                         1.30%
$1,000,000 to $1,999,999                   0.90%
$2,000,000 to $2,999,999                   0.75%
$3,000,000 & Over                             0.65%

Under this model, the more assets we manage for you, the lower the percentage fee. This bundled approach not only simplifies your fee structure but also aligns your costs with the value of your assets, reflecting our commitment to your financial growth and success.

New clients are not subject to both a planning fee and an asset management fee simultaneously.

Example 1: Client Who Has Less than $750,000 in Investable Assets

Emily and Michael Johnson, a married couple with $650,000 in portfolio assets, engaged our firm. Since they are below our $750,000 threshold, they start with a $1,750 flat quarterly fee only. Once their portfolio exceeds $750,000, they become eligible for our bundled services fee, combining financial planning and asset management into one fee paid according to our fee schedule above.

Example 2: Client Who Has More Than $750,000 in Investable Assets

Margaret Davis, a single professional who is about to retire, has $1.1 million in investable assets. When she first becomes a client, she pays the flat planning fee of $1,750 quarterly until she transfers at least $750,000 in investments to our management. She then transitions to our integrated service model and pays a 0.9% fee based on her $1.1 million in assets.
